MONTHLY SERVICE USAGE POLICY
All services included with XMP memberships are allocated on a monthly basis and are intended to be used within the current billing cycle.
Unused services do not roll over to future months.
For example, if your membership includes 4 mixes per month, those mixes must be used during that billing period. If they are not used within that month, they will expire and will not accumulate.
This policy ensures that production schedules remain fair and manageable for all members.
