Each vocal track should be properly named and labeled according to its function (example: Lead Vocal, Hook, Adlibs, Doubles, Harmonies, etc.).
❌Submitting unlabeled or disorganized tracks may result in additional studio preparation time.
‼️An additional $25 preparation fee may be applied for sessions containing unlabeled, disorganized, or improperly exported audio files that require extra engineering time to organize.
All final mixes and session files will be delivered digitally upon completion.
Please download and store your files immediately after delivery.
XMP Studio will retain project files for 30 days after delivery.
‼️If files need to be resent after the 30-day storage period, a $10 file retrieval and re-delivery fee may apply.
This policy helps maintain studio storage capacity and ensures efficient project management.
By submitting this form, you confirm that all files are properly exported, labeled, and ready for mixing. You also agree to the file preparation and storage policies listed above.
All stems must be exported from the same starting point (Bar 1 / 0:00) to ensure proper session alignment.
This saves HOURS of headache during mixing.
